JUNCTION BOX
“SSEDS” FRP Instrument Enclosure is designed to NEMA-4 specifications and is a molded fiberglass reinforced material that is highly corrosion resistant with stainless steel hardware.
It protects the valuable instruments from any sudden impact, lightening damage, moisture, leakage of over head pipes & Ultra-Voilet rays. These enclosures are stocked in 3 standard sizes.

1 Box Rectangle type cubical open able from its Diagonal 2 Size Refer Sketch 3 Bottom Bore Plate Powder Coated Plate of 125mm x 125mm of 3mm thick with 75mm long pipe suitable to mount on 2" N.B. Pipe having bolt type fixing arrangement. 4 Inside Plate Powder Coated Plate of 125mm x 125mm x 3mm thickness with 250mm long, Dia 2" OD pipe for mounting Instrument inside the box. 5 Window Acrylic window transparent or size 200mm x 200mm (or as required by the Client) 6 Hinges Stainless steel on top edge -2 Nos 7 Clamps Stainless Steel locking clamps on both side of the box -2 Nos. 8 Locking lever For open position of box is of Stainless Steel 9 Gasketing Rubber Gasket provided on door seating surface. 10 Breathing Points(Optional) 2 Nos. on either side as required 11 Bolt & Nut Totally of Stainless Steel wherever required
