E-Yantra Offshore Structure
E-Yantra Offshore structure is simple, unique and indigenous software with user-friendly interface for fatigue analysis of Offshore Structures. The use of this software reduces the iteration process involved in analysis. It is mainly focused on fatigue life determination of offshore structures. Prediction of fatigue life of an offshore structure is based on calculation of cumulative damage fraction at each joint, using Palm Gren-Miner’s formulae.
E-Yantra Offshore Structure performs fatigue analysis based on two basic approaches
(i) S-N curve approach, and
(ii) Fracture Mechanics approach.
One can use different tools for static analysis, or one can analyze manually. Then by picking appropriate stresses, E-Yantra Offshore Structure can perform fatigue analysis. The sources for static analysis are listed below,
