“SSEDS” has designed different types of Canopy as per the Client’s requirement.
For Horizontal Motors, it has two types of Canopy viz:
i) which completely covers the motor with in-built louvers for sufficient air ventilation and
ii) Top canopy, in which only the top portion of the motor is covered. This canopy is fixed through eye-bolt of the motor. This type of canopy is used where the motor is under the shade and it is just to protect the motor from the sudden impact and leakage from over head pipes lines. This provides the full circulation of air to the motor. For vertical motors the ventilation is provided from the top and the bottom.
Canopies are one piece molded giving monolithic construction.
